Y, de hecho, es de lo que m\u00e1s tratamos en el MQC. Pero la realidad es que el principal problema no es el dolor en s\u00ed, ni mucho menos la espalda, sino esa actividad que desafortunadamente has tenido que dejar de realizar.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Yo mismo tuve ese problema en bachiller, cuando a\u00fan ten\u00eda 16 a\u00f1os. De la noche a la ma\u00f1ana empec\u00e9 a tener dolor en la parte baja de la espalda, me dol\u00eda cuando me agachaba, cuando jugaba al tenis y hasta cuando estaba sentado. Al ver que el dolor no cesaba y que no pod\u00eda hacer deporte como antes lo hac\u00eda decid\u00ed ir al m\u00e9dico. Despu\u00e9s de valorarme y hacerme una radiograf\u00eda me dijeron que ten\u00eda espondilolistesis, que es una especie de patolog\u00eda lumbar que puede llegar a comprimir la m\u00e9dula espinal.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Acud\u00ed a varios fisioterapeutas y m\u00e9dicos de Le\u00f3n y Valladolid, que me dijeron que no podr\u00eda hacer deportes de impacto y que me fuera olvidando del tenis. Para que os hag\u00e1is una idea los que me conoc\u00e9is, en ese momento el tenis era para m\u00ed, lo que ahora mismo es el baile.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Semanas despu\u00e9s, fui a ver un partido del Bar\u00e7a con Miguel, uno de mis mejores amigos, y por all\u00ed estaba su t\u00edo, un chico bastante fuerte al que le apasionaba el trabajo de fuerza. Miguel le coment\u00f3 lo que me hab\u00eda pasado y \u00e9l me dio el n\u00famero de Arturo, un oste\u00f3pata que se hab\u00eda formado durante muchos a\u00f1os en entrenamiento. Me puse en contacto con \u00e9l y la semana siguiente fui a verlo a su gimnasio. Me valor\u00f3, me trat\u00f3 en la camilla y me puso un protocolo de ejercicios. Me gustar\u00eda extender la historia y hablaros de lo duro que fue el proceso, pero no es as\u00ed. Fue muy duro hasta que di con \u00e9l. Os prometo que nunca volv\u00ed a tener el dolor que hab\u00eda tenido hasta entonces.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>De esta historia hay varias cosas que me acuerdo, 15 a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s, como si me hubieran pasado antes de ayer:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><em>La primera vez que tuve dolor, haciendo el \u201csit &amp; reach\u201d en Educaci\u00f3n F\u00edsica. Y no entender por qu\u00e9 justamente me ten\u00eda que pasar a m\u00ed, si era de los que m\u00e1s deporte hac\u00eda de la clase.<\/em><\/li><li><em>La conversaci\u00f3n con Jose. Yo dici\u00e9ndole lo que ten\u00eda en la espalda y equivoc\u00e1ndome de nombre. Hipololitesis le dije que ten\u00eda hehe. Se rieron los 2, m\u00e1s Miguel que Jose.<\/em><\/li><li><em>El d\u00eda que me valor\u00f3 Arturo, cuando me trat\u00f3, las sensaciones que tuve al d\u00eda siguiente de que algo no hab\u00eda funcionado, y la sensaci\u00f3n de alivio que tuve a los 2 d\u00edas cuando pas\u00e9 un d\u00eda entero sin dolor.<\/em><\/li><li><em>La forma de hablarme de Arturo en la sala de pesas.
