No entendemos del todo los requerimientos a nivel f\u00edsico a los que est\u00e1n sometidos, y por eso pensamos que vale todo con tal de que salgan cansados y grandes de la sala de pesas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El entrenamiento de un opositor a bombero se acerca m\u00e1s al alto rendimiento de lo que seguramente se acerque cualquier otra oposici\u00f3n. Y, por tanto, se deben de enfocar de esta manera si queremos sacar todo su potencial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><strong>VALORACI\u00d3N FUNCIONAL<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero para entender a fondo su entrenamiento antes tenemos que tener claro lo que subyace detr\u00e1s de la palabra entrenamiento. Siempre hemos dicho que \u201cel entrenamiento no es m\u00e1s que una manera de ense\u00f1arle a los deportistas de lo que son capaces\u201d. Sin embargo, para llegar a este punto necesitamos s\u00ed o s\u00ed conocer a fondo a nuestro deportista. La \u00fanica manera de empezar, por tanto, es con una entrevista y una valoraci\u00f3n funcional. Es decir, primero preguntarle a \u00e9l sobre su vida, su trabajo, sus lesiones, sus objetivos\u2026 Y, en segundo lugar, preguntarle a su cuerpo sobre sus mec\u00e1nicas, sus movimientos, su movilidad, su estabilidad, etc. B\u00e1sicamente estamos hablando de no empezar con los ojos cerrados un proceso al que queremos darle toda la importancia del mundo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><strong>VALORACI\u00d3N DE LA CAPACIDAD<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Pasado este primer cara a cara con el deportista viene un segundo \u201cround\u201d en el que queremos saber sobre su capacidad y movimientos m\u00e1s espec\u00edficos. Esto se puede hacer de dos maneras: con una nueva valoraci\u00f3n, aunque en este caso ser\u00e1 sobre su capacidad. O con una semana en la que convivamos con \u00e9l\/ella y le veamos en el terreno de juego (pista, gimnasio, etc). De esta manera ya nos habremos hecho una idea tanto de sus fundamentos del movimiento, como de su capacidad, y estaremos preparados para el siguiente paso: programar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><strong>PROGRAMACI\u00d3N DE LA RUTINA<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Ahora es cuando el coach, en su casa, teniendo en cuenta la valoraci\u00f3n, la entrevista y la primera semana de entrenamiento, realiza una programaci\u00f3n PERSONALIZADA. Esto puede parecer f\u00e1cil desde fuera, pero imaginaos que en media hora de trabajo (a veces estamos 15\u2019, otras 1h), tenemos que programar bas\u00e1ndonos en postura, capacidad, movilidad, estabilidad, pruebas que peor lleva, prevenci\u00f3n de lesiones, control motor, coordinaci\u00f3n con el resto de entrenadores (pista y nataci\u00f3n), evidencia cient\u00edfica, experiencia del opositor, disponibilidad para entrenar, antiguas lesiones, asimetr\u00edas, banderas rojas de la valoraci\u00f3n, etc. No es nada f\u00e1cil este paso del proceso con un deportista de alto rendimiento. De hecho, no es f\u00e1cil hacerlo con ning\u00fan colectivo, pero es verdad que todo se complica cuando lleva el apellido rendimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><strong>ENTRENAMIENTOS PERSONALIZADOS<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Y todo esto lo hemos hecho para intentar llegar al ENTRENAMIENTO con el mayor nivel de excelencia posible. Grupos reducidos, disponibilidad horaria amplia para que puedan combinarlo con el estudio, trabajo o familias, un coach que est\u00e1 siempre en el entrenamiento para guiar en el proceso al opositor y, sobre todo, para ense\u00f1arle a entrenar. Ese es el objetivo final, que no sean dependientes de nosotros, que se cree aprendizaje y que cuando hagan los simulacros y finalmente, sus pruebas f\u00edsicas, no nos echen de menos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No vamos a profundizar en la importancia de los simulacros, ni en cambiar las programaciones cada 5 semanas aproximadamente.
